The hats come in six sizes and I've measured them by the head circumference rather than age since many kids don't grow at the same speed. The small hats were fitted for babies that were about a month old and weighed 7 or 8 pounds. Anna wears a large size and weighs about 40 pounds.

Pre-Mature: Fits heads size 13-15 inches

Small: Fits heads size 15-17 inches

Medium: Fits head size 17-19 inches

Large: Fits head size 19-21 inches

Youth: Fits head sizes 21-23 inches

Adult: Fits head sizes 22-24 inches

We've found that when Anna needs oxygen 24/7 we really need two hats as like any other clothing, they need to be washed. We offer a two for one bundle for a reduced price (see the bottom of this page).
